Volume II of the Fourth National Climate Assessment (NCA4) was recently released by the U.S. Global Change Research Program (USGCRP). It summarizes the latest and most authoritative research on the impacts of climate change on the United States. It includes a chapter of Tribes and Indigenous People (Chapter 15) and a chapter on Human Health (Chapter 14), as well as regional and sectoral chapters. This report is an important resource for tribes working to better understand and prepare for the impacts of climate change.
The Institute for Tribal Environmental Professionals (ITEP) will be conducting free webinar with several of the authors of NCA4 on Thursday, January 10 at 12:30PM (PST). To register for this event, click here.
