The U.S. Global Change Research Program (USGCRP) is welcoming comments on the Third Order Draft of the Fourth National Climate Assessment (NCA4). The USGCRP was established by Presidential Initiative in 1989 and mandated by Congress in the Global Change Research Act (GCRA) of 1990 to “assist the Nation and the world to understand, assess, predict, and respond to human-induced and natural processes of global change.”

Individuals with a particular interest in tribal climate health may want to specifically review Chapter 14 of the NCA4 on Human Health and Chapter 15 on Tribal and Indigenous Communities.

The Public Comment Period runs from 3 November 2017 – 31 January 2018. All comments must be submitted via the USGCRP Review and Comment System located here.
